DWS555 Product Introduction

It is an automatic guided forklift module developed based on the Techsorta standard electric stacker truck. The rated load is 1200kg, the lifting height is 1800MM, and the minimum channel width is about 2300mm, which improves the flexibility of load stacking. The AGV car has a precise fork insertion function, which can self-correct and adjust the fork insertion posture according to the actual placement posture of the target pallet. The angle control accuracy of the fork attitude can reach ±0.5°, and the deviation accuracy of the transverse central axis of the fork from the displacement is ±10 mm. The product can optionally be equipped with modules such as damaged tray detection and obstacle detection to ensure safety. Modules such as handheld terminals and automatic charging devices can be optionally selected to meet customer project customization needs.

Operation screen

The touch screen can provide exception and error prompts and SOP processing procedures. The touch screen can display the current real-time operating status of the AGV, including the current execution task, current driving speed, power, steering angle speed, map location information, etc. When performing manual intervention operations, you need to enter a password to unlock it. When an AGV has a safety alarm, you can view the location of the warning laser sensor on the touch screen.

Security

AGVs do not have sharp corners, sharp edges, uneven surfaces and prominent parts that can easily hurt people. Each switch and button needs to be clearly identified. The safety sensing area includes a deceleration area, a slow stop area and an emergency stop area. It is protected against forward safety and lateral safety at 270 degrees. It has sensing protection for the fork tip direction. It cooperates with front, rear and lateral, and is also equipped with safety protection for the rear direction. When the edge switch is triggered, the AGV will take an emergency stop operation and needs to be manually unlocked before it can continue to run. When an obstacle appears within the scanning range of the safety laser scanner, a warning tone will be issued: "The road is blocked, please get out of the way"

When an obstacle enters the safety laser outer warning zone, the forklift performs a deceleration operation. When the obstacle enters the safety laser inner protection zone, the forklift performs an emergency stop operation.

Under a no-load speed of 1m/s, the AGV's rapid braking sliding distance is ≤40cm. The emergency stop button needs to be installed in a position that is easy to reach by the AGV. The AGV safety protection circuit has a leakage protection device.
